HC-207 Series — Car Roof PU Injection Equipment / PU Mixing Machine

The set of Car Roof PU Injection Equipment is designed to manufacture inner decoration parts for automobiles, high-speed trains, aviation cabs. Controlling by central computer PLC, Foaming Equipment automatically doses and blends materials, additives respectively according to the set flow rate, ratio, pressure and time, then the blended materials will be sent into an automatic compression foaming box to rise and foam.

The foam block will be automatically cut, composed, and sealed in accordance with the required size and packed as the needed decoration parts.

This set of Car Roof PU Foaming Equipment was designed and fabricated for international manufacturers producing inner decoration parts for automobiles. As a fully automatic PU foaming production line, perfect blending effect, this automatic PU foaming equipment line is applicable for various recipe of PU materials, different PU foaming machines. With high quality and competitive price, this model has been sent to several overseas markets, Europe and America are included.

Working Condition:

Configurated with a total of 4 mixing heads (2 iso + 2 polyol), 2 foam heads now + 2 heads in the near future, the type HC-201 series high pressure foaming machine is applicable for ISO and POLY two components. This foaming line can fulfill production requirements of four sets of hydraulic mould carriers.
