Due to the acceleration of global climate deterioration, energy conservation and emission reduction is the top issue need to be resolved by all governments. In the twelfth five-year construction energy conservation plan, Beijing has issued a series of policies to escort policies and principles of national development office (2013) no. 1 file—Green Building Action Plan, the implementation of structural insulation PU sandwich wall panel for buildings. For all these years, we have been researching and developing an automatic continuous PU injection production line to fill the blank in the field of new condition building materials, finally realize the industrialization in residential construction.

Today, we have achieved a new technology on automatic continuous PU injection production line—a kind of composite insulation wall panels for building construction structures, which was rewarded with the state of arts technology in complete independent intellectual property rights.

The Automatic Continuous PU Injection Production Line employs CO2 in its foaming processing, integrate steel structure fittings of wall panels, utility embedded pipelines and installation interfaces into its automatic continuous PU injection fabrication line. This composite structure wall panel is applicable for various wall engineering in numerous building structures, revised traditional construction mode, reformed current building material manufacturing methods. It is an architectural revolution in every sense.

2. The tape mechanism has a tension control device, enabling the overlay material evenly into the mould, to make sure the piece has a smooth surface.
3. The side block and adhesive tape recirculation device can guarantee the sealing of the piece and its demoulding. 
4. The double-crawler laminating system is of pressure proof, and can achieve a continuously automatic production and limit the foaming material within the mould, ensuring a stable feature in product size. 
5. The following conveying and cutting systems can work simultaneously to produce plates of any length.
